- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 September 2017How can you ever ignore a story that involves any of the Mitchell's. In this case we are treated to a real treat, yes it's all of them... almost.
It's a busy time as they start the preparations for their yearly fund raiser. Each family are coming up with various ideas to make this the biggest yet. As we spend time with each family we soon learn there are some issues and concerns all of which are very real and easy relatable.
We have known the Mitchell's for years since 2012 and I remember it like yesterday and here we are five years on and still totally addicted... the memories come flooding back and makes you feel a little emotional.
Ty and Colt have always had a special bond although at times we know Ty pushes Colt a little too far. This is one of those times, he just can't help himself.
Colt is trying to deal with a personal but delicate issue, Ty picks up on this and try's to help. He means well even try's to make light of the situation but it all backfires and when you think it can't get any worse Jax gets involved. Honestly you don't know who's worse Ty or Jax, one things for sure, I was laughing so much at Jax... some things never change.!
Dispite there being some important and slightly series issues featured throughout humour is never too far away and they are still up to their antics and fooling each other, it's mostly Ty and Jax... like I said some things never change.!
Savanna mentioned she was trying to write her memoirs... is this a hint of what's to come? I hope so.
Thank you for this story.
Thank you for the Mitchell's..!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 August 2017I'd like to say a big thank you for writing this wonderful book about charity to cancer but also be cause it involved my favourite family . In 2016 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer . No one in my family has ever had the horrible disease so it came as a big shock to everyone. Lucky I found it early and advise every woman to check regularly . Even though it was stage 1 it was a grade 3 . I struggled with my chemotherapy slot problems with my blood. But I always stayed positive even on my rough days knowing a positive attitude helps and thinking I have it easy compared to some others all I'll say to anyone going through any cancer is think positive be strong god bless you
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 September 2017Buy, buy, buy!
Donations to cancer research and a hilarious read.
Ty never grows up and Colt never tires of Ty, or does he?
This book gives you a brief update of all the Mitchell's, how the original characters are aging, how the kids are forming their own family's and how the Grandchildren play there part.
They all take on Vans breast cancer fund raiser to give her a break, all of the family gets involved. The two day event takes a lot of organising.
meanwhile Colt has his own issues to deal with and Ty being Ty thinks he's trying to help him out.
Does it all work out in the end? Buy the book and do a good deed to find out.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 December 2017I choose five stars because this family is uplifting and hilarious. As soon as I see a book out that involves Mitchell or Healey . I download them and start reading . Before long I can't stop laughing.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 August 2017I was so excited when Jenn announced that she was writing another Mitchell book.
This book is told from many different family members.
It centres around them getting together to put in a huge event for breast cancer, as we know that Van suffered with this.
There are many other side stories but my favourite is the banter between Ty and Colt
I'm not going to say too much about what happens go read it for yourself but when you one click this book your not just getting the amazing Mitchell's you are your bit for breast cancer awareness

5.0 out of 5 stars All for one and one for all!!
Loved this story about family and writing through issues!! Plus a portion of the proceeds go to cancer research. It's a win-win. Speaking of winning, did you ever wonder who gets the last laugh between Colt and Ty, our who wins the most card games, or what they would be find at 50? Can you believe they are that old!! Anyway, I hope you love this book as much as I did! There is laughter, inappropriate comedy (after all Ty is here, it's a requirement!), wonder, fighting, danger, sadness, and most importantly LOVE! And now a bit about the story...
The Mitchell (and Healy) families are working together to plan and execute the annual charity fundraiser. This year it will be bigger and better than before! But a weekend of relaxation leads to a family secret that soon spreads like wildfire and threatens to tear the two patriarchs apart!! Grab your copy to see how they fight it out and if you act soon part of your purchase will benefit cancer research!!
Favorite passages:
- “Take a chill pill. Sit back and have some bourbon before you get your tighty-whities knotted up.”
- “Grandpa is being a grumpy pants, isn’t he? It’s past his bedtime too.”
- There was also another time where this beautiful young lady, probably no older than twenty was in line behind us at the pharmacy. He was strapped in a cart but managed to reach over and squeeze her boobs while repeating ‘hubba bubba’.
- “I always told you eating vegetables were bad for my health,” I tease.
- That’s how this family works. We’re better together, as a team.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mitchell family
Well, Jen you've done it again. What a brilliant and heartwarming take on this amazing family. My mother died of breast cancer that was also in her spine. She lasted only a few months from diagnosis. Such a big loss this disease causes. Jen you have captured such a wonderful family coming together to help make things a little better for cancer survivors and their families as well the families who have lost. I know from experience. My mum was our families rock. I find it hard to express such loss. Totally recommend the whole Mitchell/Healy family. Their faith and love for one another leaves me speechless at times. My heart is so full of love...thanks Jen 💞😘

5.0 out of 5 stars Wasn’t what I was expecting
I didn’t read the synopsis for this one, so going into it I was kind of scared because I was thinking Savanna’s breast cancer was back and I was not ready for that. However, I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn’t that at all, but the family putting a charity fundraiser together for breast cancer. This book still had some comedy in it, because how can you not when Tyler & Jax Mitchell are involved, but there were some trying moments in this one too. And of course when you have the Mitchell clan all together, it’s never without it’s mishaps.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book
I love all the Mitchell family books. I have not read a bad book yet. I think then next book should be about the two that is leaving the country. This family cannot fight and being a part for any length of time. Jennifer Foor has this Mitchell family down. I love her writing. Thank you so much and please just keep writing.
